Eagles, Great Horned Owls, Red-Tailed Hawks... Are being killed by WINDMILLS...
A location in northern California continues be the subject of debate over turbines killing birds. In the Altamont Pass... windmills are killing Eagles, Owls , Red-Tailed Hawks... and other birds of prey... Officials are saying even when the windmills are turned off and not moving... they still are harming the birds fatally. Very terrible thing to be happening to our relations. Locations such as in areas of southern California... near Palm Springs where the windmills are in the hundreds... Are having much of the same problems. In todays day and age for the race for a GREENER FUTURE... OUR BIRDS WILL SUFFER IN HUMAN industrial progression. As a native in the 21 centry, I feel majorly guilty for harming the earth and all her relations. Not only do I take responsiblity for my part, I often wish of being born in a time without progress. Just in a simple time when us humans where just part of the landscape. ALC
